A match.
In seconds.
Pick your sport and format, and MatchUp hands you a QR code and a six-character room code. Your opponent scans or types it, and a five-second countdown starts the match. New here? A Guest Pass gives you three Quick Play games with no account — sign up later and your record carries over.
02 — Tournaments
Run the
whole bracket.
Single or double elimination, round robin, or group stage — you pick the format. A player or a club can run it. Organizers run every round from any browser, results show up for spectators as they come in, and the animated Live Draw sets the field.
03 — Ratings
Earn
your tier.
Every player starts at a rating of 1200. Your first 10 matches are 'provisional' — the system is still learning your level. After that, you climb skill tiers from Rookie to Immortal. Your XP only ever goes up — and you keep a separate rating for each sport.

Play Safe or Go Big.Every result counts toward one real rating — no inflation, no shortcuts. Before each match you pick Play Safe, Standard, or Go Big — that sets how much your rating can move. Protect a streak, or go for the big jump. Your choice, every time.
02Rewarded for
showing up.Win or lose, casual or competitive, you earn XP and climb levels for every match you play. The scoreboard isn't the only thing that moves — turning up and playing is progress, and the platform counts it.
