For clubs & organizers
Run your club
like a pro.
Tournaments, prized events, and the players to fill them — all from one console, on any browser. The app players already use becomes your front desk.
01 — Tournament management
Run the whole bracket.
Pick your format: single elimination, double elimination, round robin, or group stage. Rank the players, then run the animated Live Draw to set the matchups. Advance every round from a phone or laptop. Results show up for everyone watching as they come in.
- Every format
- Pick the shape that fits your field, from a weeknight round robin to a full weekend draw.
- Run rounds anywhere
- Advance rounds, enter scores, and manage no-shows from the organizer console — no spreadsheets.
- Results for spectators
- The bracket and scores update as rounds are entered, so players and families can follow from any browser.
Beyond the bracket
Fill your courts, not just your draw.
Prized & featured events
Run ticketed, prized events — from a club open to a celebrity exhibition — with all registration in one place. Players upload a proof of transfer; MatchUp checks it and marks the seat paid.
- Ticket categories
- Set tiers and prices, take registrations, and track who's in — without a separate ticketing tool.
- Managed payments
- Proof upload is live today — MatchUp checks each proof and marks the seat paid. Automatic fee collection is coming later; it isn't built in yet.
Promote on your club page
Your club page is a storefront. Put your sessions, gear, and announcements where members already look.
- Announcements
- Broadcast club nights, court closures, and news straight to your members' feed.
- Show what you offer
- Show off your events, merchandise, and paid sessions. Put them on the page players already visit to find you.
Reach players near you
The aim is local reach — nearby players in the right rating range — as that layer fills in. It is not a live, at-scale discovery network today.
- Near your courts
- The intent is that players find clubs by where they play. Being on MatchUp is how you show up for locals as more people join.
- Right level, right range
- As more players join with ratings and locations, matching your events to the right level will get sharper.
